Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes are 45 minutes of full-body strength circuits, with a special focus on toning your core. Perfect for all fitness levels, you’ll team up with a friendly partner to tackle 10 carefully designed stations. Each session combines strength, cardio, and endurance exercises to burn calories, tone muscles, and boost overall fitness—all in a fun and supportive environment!

Small Group Personal Training
Our small group personal training is perfect for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. Limited to 6 participants per session, these one-hour classes feature tailored strength exercises designed to shape your body and build muscle tone. Want to lose weight? No problem—we’ll help with meal planning and lifestyle goals to support your journey. To ensure amazing results, participants complete weekly check-ins to stay accountable and track progress.
