
Taking The First Step
Once you’ve signed up for a 6-week programme, you’ll come in for a consultation with Lauren before your first session. During this appointment, we’ll discuss your goals, needs, medical history, training experience, diet and eating habits, lifestyle, and everything else we need to create your personalised roadmap to success — including your protein and calorie targets. We will also take your measurements and photos.
You’ll also get access to our exclusive Members’ Hub and all of the resources on our website, such as recipe books, meal-prep guides, mindset worksheets, and everything you need to succeed!

Join our classes easily through our mobile app.
You can book and reschedule up to an hour in advance. When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a wonderful group of friendly and supportive women. There’s no need to feel nervous — our classes are suitable for all abilities and can be tailored to your needs, with a Level 3 Personal Trainer always on hand to guide you.
When you’re at home, you can track your food and work towards hitting your protein goal. You’ll also check in with Lauren every two weeks to stay accountable and get any support you need.
And don’t forget — children are welcome in all classes!
Plan Your Future With Us!
After your initial 6-week programme is complete, we’ll take your final measurements and discuss your next steps. If you decide to stay on as a member, you’ll continue to have access to all of our resources and can choose from three package options to create the perfect plan for your goals.
