Membership Policies

and Gym Etiquette

1. Responsibility & Ownership

We’re really glad you’ve chosen to be part of our community.

When you purchase a membership, you’re making a commitment to yourself—based on your lifestyle, schedule, and personal circumstances.
Your membership allows us to dedicate time and energy to you, including:
  • Reserving your training space
  • Planning your sessions and progress
  • Providing ongoing support, guidance, and communication

If life gets in the way and you’re unable to attend, we completely understand—these things happen. Your membership, however, continues as planned, and your space and support remain available to you.
If you decide not to attend sessions—whether short-term or longer-term—that choice is entirely yours.
To keep things fair for everyone, sessions can’t be carried over beyond the 6-week programme or 4-week membership period.
2. Membership Terms (Refunds, Holds & Transfers)
To keep things consistent and fair across our community, all memberships are:
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Not eligible for pauses or freezes
This applies to all situations, including:
  • Busy schedules or work changes
  • Travel
  • Injury or illness
  • Change of mind
That said, we’re always here to help. If something comes up, we’ll do our best to support you with suitable training modifications or alternatives wherever possible.
3. Cancellation Policy (30 Days Notice)
If you decide to cancel your membership, we just ask for a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
  • Notice must be sent via email or in writing
  • Your 30-day notice period begins from your next scheduled payment date
  • Your membership will remain active during this time
  • Any payments due within the notice period will still be processed
This approach allows us to manage schedules and continue providing a consistent experience for all members.
Once the notice period has been completed, your membership will end and no further payments will be taken.

Gym Etiquette & Facility Guidelines
We’re proud to have a supportive, respectful, and positive environment—and everyone plays a part in maintaining that.
General Etiquette
  • Arrive on time and ready to train (5–10 minutes early is perfect)
  • Wipe down equipment after use
  • Return weights and equipment to where they belong
  • Treat others with respect and encouragement
  • Follow coach guidance to keep sessions safe and effective

Children in the Facility
We love having families as part of our community, and to keep everyone safe:
  • Children must stay in the designated children’s area
  • The training floor and equipment areas are strictly off-limits
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision at all times
  • Children should not sit or play on equipment or training stations
If these guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to pause or review your membership to ensure everyone’s safety. We reserve the right to cancel your membership for any reason we see fit.
Final Note
Our goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and motivated.
These policies help us run smoothly, treat everyone fairly, and continue delivering the best possible experience for our members.
