MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
By joining Evolve Fitness South Shields, you agree to the following terms:
Membership Payments
Memberships are paid monthly by Direct Debit. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may be reviewed periodically, with reasonable notice given of any changes.
Cancellation
Memberships require 30 days' written notice by email. Notice begins from your next payment date, meaning a final payment will normally be taken and your membership will remain active for the following 30 days.
Bookings
Members are responsible for booking sessions through the Evolve Fitness app. Sessions must be used within the current membership period and do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Timetables may change due to coach availability, holidays, illness or circumstances beyond our control.
Membership Freezes
Memberships cannot normally be frozen. Requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or injury, at Evolve Fitness' discretion.
Health & Safety
Members must ensure they are medically fit to exercise and must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to their health before participating. All coaching and safety instructions must be followed.
Children
Children are welcome in designated areas but remain the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. They must be supervised throughout their visit and must not interfere with classes, equipment or other members.
Conduct
We aim to provide a safe, supportive environment. Abusive, disruptive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
Liability Waiver
Participation in all activities at Evolve Fitness South Shields is entirely at your own risk. By attending, you accept full responsibility for yourself and any children you bring onto the premises. Evolve Fitness South Shields, its owners, employees and coaches accept no liability for any injury, accident, loss, damage or illness suffered by you or your children while using the facilities, except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for ensuring both you and your children act safely and follow all instructions provided.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
