Group Classes Booking Policy
Weekly Classes
- You must use your designated number of weekly classes (e.g. 2 or 3).
- Classes cannot be carried over into future weeks under any circumstances, including holidays.
- The only exception is if the coach is unavailable (e.g. on holiday).
Booking & Cancellations
- All classes must be booked at least one week in advance.
- Bookings cannot be changed or rescheduled with less than 1 days’ notice.
No-Show Policy
- 2 no-shows will result in the forfeit of the remainder of your package.
Commitment & Payments
- No refunds are given under any circumstances.

Responsibility and Ownership
Choosing to purchase a subscription is, of course, a personal decision that you make with your own circumstances, lifestyle, and medical history in mind.
If something unexpected arises that prevents you from attending sessions, please understand that this is outside the business’s control. The service continues to be available to you, and your subscription secures your reserved slot, as well as the admin time, communication, and dietary support provided from the start.
If you choose not to attend sessions, whether occasionally or longer term, that remains your responsibility. For this reason, refunds or extensions cannot be offered.
It’s completely natural that priorities or motivation may change over time, and if that happens, there is no blame. What I ask is that it’s not directed at the business.
Please know I always do everything possible to support members—including offering alternative exercises and adjustments when needed, as discussed in your initial consultation.

1:1 Personal Training Policy
To ensure fairness, consistency, and accountability within our coaching program, the following policies apply to all 1:1 personal training clients:
1. Booking & Communication

It is your responsibility to communicate with your coach and confirm your session times by the Friday of the previous week.

If you do not book in by this deadline, you will not be scheduled, and that week’s session(s) will be forfeited.
2. Session Allocation

You may only use the number of sessions allocated in your plan per week as agreed when you joined (e.g., 2 sessions per week).

Unused sessions cannot be carried over to future weeks under any circumstances.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions cannot be rescheduled after the Friday of the previous week.

Any cancelled or missed sessions will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.
4. Failure to Comply

Failure to comply with this policy may result in your coaching plan being forfeited with no refund.

Continued failure to communicate or attend sessions may lead to removal from the program.
5. Refund Policy

No refunds are given under any circumstances, including but not limited to missed sessions, early termination, or unused sessions.
6. Availability

All time slots are subject to availability. Consistent scheduling is recommended to secure your preferred times.
