Our Policies
Membership Policies & Gym Etiquette
1. Responsibility & Ownership
Choosing to purchase a membership is a personal decision made with your own lifestyle, schedule, and medical history in mind.
Your membership secures:
-
Your reserved training slot
-
Administrative and communication time
-
Program planning and dietary support provided from the start
If unexpected circumstances prevent you from attending sessions, please understand this is outside the business’s control. The service remains available to you, and your membership continues as scheduled.
If you choose not to attend sessions—whether occasionally or long-term—that remains your responsibility.
2. No Refunds & No Holds
All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds, credits, extensions, or freezes can be offered under any circumstances.
This policy applies regardless of:
-
Schedule conflicts
-
Travel
-
Injury or illness
-
Change of mind
We are always happy to offer exercise modifications and alternatives when needed, as discussed during your initial consultation.
3. 30-Day Cancellation Policy
All members must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel their membership.
-
Notice must be submitted by email or in writing.
-
Your membership will remain active and billable during the 30-day notice period.
-
No immediate cancellations are permitted.
-
Any charges scheduled within the 30-day period will still be processed.
Once the 30 days have passed, your membership will be canceled and no further charges will occur.
