We start with an in-depth consultation to discuss your goals and create a clear, personalised roadmap. Together, we set meaningful personal goals and outline sustainable lifestyle and nutrition adjustments to support your progress.
Regular Weigh-Ins (Optional)
To track your journey accurately, we complete regular weigh-ins and measurements, helping you see your progress beyond the gym floor.
Weekly Calorie & Protein Targets
We set individualised calorie and protein goals each week to ensure you’re fueling your body correctly. These targets are reviewed weekly to keep you accountable and aligned with your long-term goals.
